Bids

Search, filter, and open bids. Selecting a bid opens its dedicated bid page.

Load SharePoint data to see bids.

Create New Bid

Create a new bid record in SharePoint. The app will also create the default Base Bid option and Main House section.

This first version suggests the next bid number from the Bids list. Folder scanning from the yearly bid folder will be added in the next step.

Project Dates

Manage schedule assumptions, delivery date validation, fabrication lead time, and installation duration for the selected alternate.

Open a bid and alternate to edit Project Dates.

Apply post-total discounts, installation/delivery removals, or authorized dealer commission to the selected alternate.

Open a bid and alternate to edit Price Settings.

Proposal Builder

Create and edit the proposal language for this bid/alternate from the global Client Bid Package template.

Open a bid and selected alternate to create a proposal draft.

Proposal Preview

Preview the client-facing proposal from the currently selected alternate before publishing.

Click Preview Proposal to generate the current proposal view.

Manage Data
